1. Information we collect
- Contact and account information: name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing details, business name, and social or website profile.
- Order and project information: products, sizes, measurements, quantities, event dates, customization requests, messages, support history, shipping status, and transaction references. AETHNO does not need to store your full payment-card number; payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device, referral source, pages viewed, cart activity, security logs, and necessary cookie identifiers.
- Information you choose to provide: inquiry details, photographs, reviews, feedback, and communications.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes; provide products, custom work, shipping, support, returns, and refunds; operate and secure the website; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain business and tax records; improve products and site performance; comply with law; and send marketing only where permitted or requested.
Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that do not override individual rights, or consent.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses necessary technologies for security, cart functions, language, and session continuity. Optional analytics or marketing technologies may be added only with appropriate notice and controls where required. Browser settings can block cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent cart or account functions from working.

AETHNO operates from China and serves buyers internationally. Information may therefore be processed in China and in countries used by service providers or delivery partners. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards will be used.
6. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Inquiry records are generally reviewed for deletion after 24 months of inactivity. Order, payment-reference, customs, tax, and accounting records may be kept for up to 7 years or longer when required by law, a dispute, or enforcement of an agreement. Security logs and cookies may have shorter periods.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send full payment-card details or government identification by ordinary email unless specifically and securely requested for a lawful purpose.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sales or sharing, and appeal a decision. You may also complain to a competent privacy regulator.
To make a request, email prt@aethno.cn with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. Children
The website is not directed to children under 16, and AETHNO does not knowingly collect their personal information through the site. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when practices or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be highlighted when required.
