Effective date: July 19, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases and confirmed projects supplied by Haikou Hanheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (海口翰恒网络科技有限公司), operating the AETHNO website. Questions can be sent to prt@aethno.cn.
1. Order processing and dispatch
Ready-to-ship products are normally assigned a dispatch estimate in the product information, order communication, or confirmation email. A typical ready-to-ship order is prepared within 3–7 business days after the order details are complete. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Made-to-order, custom-size, group, wholesale, preorder, and OEM/ODM projects follow the written production and dispatch schedule confirmed for that project. Production may not begin until measurements, quantities, colors, destination, and other required details are confirmed.
If no separate dispatch estimate is stated, AETHNO aims to dispatch within 30 days after receiving the information needed to process the order. If AETHNO cannot meet a promised dispatch date, it will contact the buyer with a revised date and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.
2. Transit and delivery estimates
Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the parcel. It depends on destination, service level, customs, weather, holidays, and carrier operations. Any arrival estimate is provided for planning and is not a guarantee.
Buyers with a wedding, performance, photoshoot, Hmong New Year celebration, or other fixed date should contact AETHNO before ordering. AETHNO must confirm feasibility in writing; placing an order alone does not guarantee arrival by an event date.
3. Shipping charges and tracking
Shipping charges are shown at checkout when available or confirmed in writing before a quote-based order is accepted. Tracking is provided when the selected carrier supports it. Some services may provide limited tracking after export or handoff to a local carrier.
4. Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges imposed by the destination. Unless AETHNO expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges and for providing information requested by customs.
5. Address changes and delivery attempts
The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, and any required tax or customs information. Contact AETHNO immediately to request a change. An address change is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid import charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the buyer may be responsible for return and reshipment costs to the extent permitted by law.
6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
For a delayed parcel, first check the tracking record and contact the carrier. AETHNO can assist with an eligible carrier inquiry. Carrier investigations and claim decisions may take time.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer package before opening it, keep all packaging, and contact prt@aethno.cn promptly with the order number, tracking number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be limited in the buyer’s country or region. Where a mandatory consumer rule provides a stronger remedy, that rule applies.
