These Terms & Conditions govern use of aethno.cn and transactions with Haikou Hanheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (海口翰恒网络科技有限公司), operating as AETHNO. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. If you act for a boutique, team, studio, organization, or other business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Products and cultural descriptions
AETHNO is a contemporary design house informed by Miao embroidery and silver ornament. “Miao-inspired” identifies the source informing AETHNO’s contemporary products; it does not represent every product as a traditional heritage garment or as belonging to every Hmong/HMoob community or subgroup.
Colors, embroidery placement, handmade details, decorative elements, and screen display can vary. Product pages and written confirmations state what is included. Styling props or accessories shown in photographs are not included unless listed.
3. Catalog, availability, and pricing
Catalog availability, prices, specifications, and promotions may change before an order is accepted. AETHNO may correct an obvious error, withdraw an unavailable item, or request confirmation of revised information before accepting an order. Wholesale, custom, group, and OEM/ODM pricing is valid only for the products, quantities, destination, and validity period stated in the written quote.
4. Order acceptance
An order submission or automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not final acceptance. A contract is formed when AETHNO expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods, subject to mandatory law. AETHNO may decline or cancel an order for unavailability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, legal or shipping restriction, incomplete customization details, or inability to meet the confirmed project requirements. Any amount due back after a valid cancellation will be handled under applicable law.
5. Custom, group, wholesale, and OEM/ODM projects
The buyer is responsible for timely and accurate measurements, quantities, destination, event date, artwork, color, packaging, and approval information. Written specifications and approved samples control the project. Changes requested after approval may change price and timeline or may be unavailable. Custom, made-to-measure, wholesale, and project goods are subject to the written quote and the Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Payment, taxes, and fraud review
Available payment methods are presented through the site or written quote. Payment services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. The buyer is responsible for accurate billing information and for taxes, duties, or charges allocated to the buyer under the order and Shipping Policy. AETHNO may hold an order while lawful verification is completed.
7. Shipping, risk, and returns
Processing, tracking, customs, address responsibilities, delays, and delivery issues are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, defects, and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain effective.
8. Intellectual property
The AETHNO name, logos, site design, text, graphics, photographs, video, product presentation, and original designs are owned by or licensed to AETHNO and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal or legitimate purchasing evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, republish, train a commercial model on, sell, imitate, remove notices from, or commercially exploit protected material without written permission or another lawful basis.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, make fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, violate law, or use site content to mislead others about cultural origin, product authenticity, or affiliation with AETHNO.
10. Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to payment, carrier, social, or other third-party services. AETHNO is not responsible for a third party’s independent site, terms, privacy practices, or service outside AETHNO’s reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis, and AETHNO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. AETHNO does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory product and consumer obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, AETHNO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For a business buyer, AETHNO’s aggregate liability arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where such a limit is prohibited.
12. Events beyond reasonable control
AETHNO is not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, epidemic, conflict, government restriction, infrastructure failure, or supplier interruption. AETHNO will take reasonable steps to communicate and reduce the effect, and mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain available.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except that a consumer keeps any mandatory protections and forum rights that cannot be waived in the consumer’s place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute by contacting prt@aethno.cn. Where no mandatory forum applies, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts at the operator’s registered location.
14. Changes and severability
AETHNO may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively unless agreed or required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
